The location of Trench 6 was positioned in alignment but west of Trench 5 in 2006 for the same rationale of excavating a step trench through the complete sequence on the West Mound. No further work was conducted in subsequent seasons as excavations focused on the stratigraphic sequence of Tr.5.
History: Backfilled. No further work conducted since opening.
