This is a dog burial located in the N part of Trench 2. The dog was lying on its right side with the head oriented towards the West. It was almost complete (except skull, pelvis and femur). It is definitely post-neolithic as it truncated deposits that themselves truncated Neolithic structures. Additionally, a piece of copper was found next to the skeleton. |
