Distinct elongated 'U' shaped protrusion and sacr in plaster on eastern face of wall F.479. Some form of wall feature which has some similarities to the scars and bulges of plastered posts. This example however has been plastered under its base and does not go through floors so it cannot be a normal post. Some form of wall feture created by plastering around a core, whatever the core was it appears to have been removed at the end of the lifespan of the building. |
