Feature number allocated to this access hole retrospectively. Connects space 159 to west and 180 to east in building 24. No obvious evidence for an opening here was found although there was a gap which we know was used as a barrow run in the '60's. Mellaart does however mark on an opening here in his plans of level VII (see AS 1963, pg 53). The dimensions therefore reflect how the opening was found, not nesessarily as was. |
