Data Category Information: In Situ: non in-situ; Location: building
Dimensions: depth=? Not excavated
Discussion: Block of orange sandy clay often used for structural features. In this case the block is of a similar size to a mudbrick and a fainst trace of plaster is visible on the northern long sie of the block suggestiong that it is an individual brick dismantled from elsewhere. The southern side of the brick does not abutt the southern wall of space 238 suggesting that it was put in the space before the between floor makeuo (10102) was put dowm. In the tip of the brick a neonatal baby was put in a cut into the block. Its seems that the individual brick was put in the space specifically so that the baby could be interred in it.
