Unit 10466
Category: layer dug in 2004
Area: South
Interpretive Categories: Make up layer
Data Category Information: In Situ: in situ; Location: floor (packing only); Material: brick; Deposition: homogeneous
Discussion: Originally given a feautre number as it was thought and looked liked, in plan at least, that this was related to F1511 ( a grave) and F1514 (a feature of unkown purpose). However, upon excavation, it was noted that this was in fact just a deposit, a layer sat upon make up layer (10463) and may have been visible as it was used as a make up/packing before the plaster surface (10451) was laid down.
This deposit was a bricky fill with no inclusions or finds.
Recognition: Seen after the removal of plaster surface (10451).
