Unit 11401
Category: layer dug in 2004
Area: South
Interpretive Categories: botton layer of rubbish pit
Data Category Information: Location: feature; Description: bin; Deposition: heterogeneous
Discussion: Layer came down onto very similar surface as the current floor and oven base, giving a very big surface area that is the same: it looks like the end of features in this part of the building. Layer continued the trend of the one above it by having many inclusions of bone, etc. (some of the pot fragments may belong to the plts from above). Seems to be the base layer (in as far as the pit had layers) of a rubbish fill.
Volume roughly estimated (KN 20.07.09)

Definition: clear
Execution: trowel
Condition: dry
Consistency: sandy, relatively loose
