Unit 11720
Category: Skeleton dug in 2005
Area: TP
Interpretive Categories: Post-chalcolithic human skeleton
Data Category Information: none
Discussion: This Neolithic skeleton sits on top of a long east - west wall. The buril has been distrubed such that its lower body is missing. A post-Neolithic pit pit is present to the north of the skeleton. The body is so tightly flexed that the knee is at the forehand. This bone would probably have been disarticulated at (least in part) to achieve this level of flexure. C14 samples were taken on the ribs.
The right side of the body was more disturbed than the left. The position of the right arm is unknown.
