Discussion: This is a fragment of largely destroyed burial pit dug into one of the walls in western part of the west extension trench (unit 12229). Its entire central and eastern part was truncated by Mellaart trench dugout in the 1960s. Hence, the overall size of the pit is impossible to reconstruct.
