Unit 12645
Category: Skeleton dug in 2006
Area: North
Data Category Information: none
Discussion: Skeleton was badly truncated - leaving only the right tibia and the upper part of the foot surviving. The burial had been cut by 12642 - the cut of the foundation of the possible annexe of Building 41 (ie the small foundation to the south of the main Byzantine building)
The tibia itself was truncated near the proximal end - just at the cut of 12646. Although the right lower leg and foot survived the toe bones may have been lost during stripping.
