Discussion: It is a mortar of bricks indouble wall (11503).A thick mortar (c. 10 cm) comprising of section of the wall, was placed on older wall in W par and on infill in E part. It was particularly thick and solid in E section as it ws aimed at levelling the slope surface on which the wall was put up.

Consistency: friable to firm 

Colour: greyish 

Texture: silty clay, silty loam
