Unit 13126
Category: Skeleton dug in 2006
Area: North
Interpretive Categories: articulated skeleton in multiple burial pit
Data Category Information: none
Discussion: SK13126 is a fully articulated skeleton found in the southern part of a burial pit containing several disturbed and undisturbed individuals. SK13126 is one of three articulated skeletons found in the middle layers of the burial pit in the platform (13124, 12935, and 13132). The interment of these three people appears to have disturbed two individuals previously interred in the pit, SK13124 and 13125. The burial cut in the north for SK13124 and 13125 as well as an earlier cut in the south for 13133, 13162/13163. At this point, (when the three articulated skeletons were buried, the cut was quite large. They represent the last burial event (#301#4) in the platform.
