Data Category Information: Location: feature; Description: bin; Deposition: homogeneous; Basal Spit: basal deposit

Discussion: Bin that was next to a bin truncated by a post retrieval pit. Bin may have been a covered bin, as that there was a plater layer on the top near the wall, but the rest was truncated/damaged. The fill was very sterile and came clearly onto a dirty floor. There may have been possible layers, or just a wall that was knocked in when the building was demolished. However, it may have also been filled up, plastered over and used as a seat. In any case, the been has been modified several times (as can be seen in the damaged north western corner of the bin). The plaster , especially against the wall, was of poor quality and damaged by plant roots. A possible make up layer goes aorund the edges, there may have been plaster over this layer that was scoured off, but no indication of this. In any case, a very fiddly bin.
