Discussion: This unit comprised two courses of bricks of N-S alignment in S part of the trench. Its stratigraphic relations to sourrounding walls (11764, 13088) were difficult to define, especially with te E-W oriented wall 11764. This unit (15218) comprised two courses of bricks.
Upper course was made of one brick (0.40 x 0.30 x 0.10).
The lower course was made of 3 bricks. Their dimensions are as follows ( from the S):

1. 0.20 x 0.19 x 0.08
2. 0.52 x 0.42 x 0.08
3. 0.43 x 0.23 x 0.08

The bricks were placed on older N-S wall 17827. Mortar of this wall was relatively thick (c. 5 cm) and wasn't separately recorded.
