Discussion: The grave fill (16057) was very firm, possibly redeposited room fill. The extent of the grave fill was defined by the staining of the wooden coffin (16088) and the iron nails. There were several animal burrows which disturbed the skull and mandible heavily. There was root action thoughout the entire fill.
