Category: Skeleton dug in 2008
Area: South
Interpretive Categories: burial
Data Category Information: none
Discussion: flexed. Neolithic neonate found in dense. 'packing' material of space 75 of Building 328. no clear cut was identified until the skeleton was lifted, however the remains were complete and in good condition. The upper left arm was absent, possibly as a result of earlier excavation this season. The burial was located in close proximity to an oven in an earlier level of the building (F 2637)
phytoliths were recovered from the upper thorax region (sample 3 )and the lower legs (sample 4 ) of the fill (17062).
A disarticulated humeral head was also found isolated behind the knees of the neonate, which was too large to belong to this indivudal.
