Discussion: After digging unit 1712 and 1710. the limits of the pit (feature 101) are clearly visible. We take 1714 into the new (wider) limits of Feature 101. A large quantity of sherds, a number of which are joining. Animal bone in large quantities, some seem articulated.

Unit description: An average-sized unit, with considerable fragmentation but also several articulated elements. A variety of taxa. Animal size within taxa ranges very widely, especially with respect to sheep. Very little burning (black). Some carnivore gnawing, some digested fragments. Cut marks on a few pieces. Four completely articulated cow feet, all from different animals.
