Discussion: Digging the area north of oven (F. 111) in an effort to uncover the floor of building 10. In the centre of the trench patches of white plasters are uncovered. In approx.. the centre the patches of plaster are larger, some preserving their original (?) shape. A piece of 50 x 20 cm preserves a concave end, possibly the plastering of the base of a wall. The pieces appear fallen, but not from a great height as in that case the pieces would have been smashed. All fallen pieces rest on orange-brown soil, an indication perhaps of their relation to mudbricks. In the eastern part of 1717 excavation reveals interesting features: A partition wall of ca 14 cm wide (F 112) abuts for approx.. 90 cm the N-S wall (F 104). Its northern side is covered with grey-brown plaster to a uniform face. South of the wall parallel lines of narrow mudbrick form a construction which lies wall F 104. A platform? (F 112). Not more than 30 cm east of platform F. 112 a pot stand in situ is uncovered. It rests on a dark, burned surface, packed hard, presumably a floor (F. 109). Excavation stopped at this point, leaving the floor(?) for future examination.
