Discussion: Area of heavily burnt material below ladder scar including seeds and pea, burnt structural timbers and mud brick. Animal bone including a bone pin and a polished stone axe. The layer is the primary burning deposit in the SE corner. The peas may have been in a container or bag - it is possible that what has been interpreted as structural timbers may have been a box. Some material has been left in situ to support the ladder plaster and post.
