Discussion: It was a strange mudbricks constructions located in the eastern part of the trench. It was surrounded by three walls recorded as Unit 17691 and built on the older wall recorded as U. 17822. It consisted of 5 courses of greyish mudbricks. Its southern part was destroyed by later truncations and rodents. This structre was probably older than the walls (17690, 17691, 17602) but younger thn the wall 17822. The preserved dimentions of the mudbricks are as follows (from the North):
st course: (N-S oriented) 0.80x0.12x0.14; 0.80x0.10x0.14; 0.50x0.25x0.13
nd course: 0.60x0.17x0.06 (N-S oriented); 0.34x0.20x0.06 (W-E oriented)
rd course: (W-E oriented) 0.48x0.10x0.05; 0.48x0.25x0.06
th course: (W-E oriented) 0.48x0.38x0.08; 0.48x0.40x0.08
th course: (N-S oriented) 0.74x0.22x0.12; 0.75x0.20x0.12
