Discussion: Cut was rather clear once the fill had been removed. The cut was smaller in plan than the fill, which "spilled over" the edges of the cut. Maybe this unclear situation was caused by the erosion that this area was effected by. 

Recognition: Different consistency than surrounding material 

Definition: Defined by the difference to surroundings, a bit diffuse on top but generally clear. 

Execution: Excavated by trowel and brush. 

Condition: Dry 

Shape: oval to round 

Sides: sloping, but vertical in SE part 

Base Break: gradual, but sharp in SE part 

Base: slightly concave, deepest in S part
