Description: This unit is a white, light grey plaster layer on the central platform F.3440. It has a silty-clay texture and a massive bedding. Small amount of red paint has been found and the boundaries are clear. 

 

Discussion: This layer was recognized by small patches of red pigment found on its surface. The pigment is stratigraphically connected to the wall painting on B.80's east wall (f.5014) and is interpreted as a spill, which wsa then covered up by another plastering event (u.20029). 

 

Consistency: clay, firm 

Colour: white, light grey 

Texture: silty - clay 

Bedding: massive
