Unit 20120
Category: Skeleton dug in 2012
Area: TPC
Interpretive Categories: skeleton
Data Category Information: none
Dimensions: 1,80 x 0,40 x 0,15 m
Discussion: Thhis is a late burial that was pretty disturbed. The bones were disarticulated. There were three lumber vertebrae found in entirely different places in the fill. While digging deeper, the articulated legs were found in the E end.
X and Y of Targets: Target A - X: 960.85; Target A - Y: 971.66; Target B - X: 962.68; Target B - Y: 972.98; Target C - X: 961.25; Target C - Y: 973.36; Target D - X: 961.94; Target D - Y: 972.7
Body: highly disturbed, E-W orientation
Head: in west side of cut
Right Arm: mid cut (humerus), distal end pointing W
Left Arm: radius found mid cut
Right Leg: bent and oriented diagonally in E side of the cut
Left Leg: extended in E side of the cut
Other comments: the bones were all over the place, in orientations that make no sense. The skeleton is in a highly disturbed state. Update: at deeper level in the fill, several bones (legs, scapula, pelvis) were found that seem to be left in situ.
Surface Modifications: body close to the surface, erosion. Orange residue under sacrum
