Discussion: This is a cut of a Hellenistic pit that truncated the Neolithic deposits in the NW corner of the Building designated by Mellaart as B5. The cut was of a large size and almost circular shape. It cut through Neolithic deposits. Is some places it was hard to define ad its basal boundary was uncertain but the decision has been made not to continue with excavating in the 2012 season.
