Discussion: This unit will not be excavated in 2013, but was recognized as a unit when removing upper bin fill u.20926. At first I thought it was a floor, but it is clearer after removing fill u.20926 that it is a sub-feature, a subdivision. Perhaps a minibasin? The plaster is sloping and forms a bowl-like shape, but we will see in future excavations.
Added 2014: It seems to be laid at the same time as the shelf S of it (U21598, 21599) but it was stratigraphically probably before it. So they laid this basin floor first and the the shelf units. Beneath it is a make-up layer.
This unit was a plaster surface, but it seems to be made up by reusedplastee and quite worn as well.
