Data Category Information: In Situ: in situ; Location: feature; Material: re-used brick&mortar; Deposition: homogeneous
Discussion: this unit represent the later layer infil pit F7432 cut U21242. it is related to the plaster floor U21240&the dirty floor U21244. the layer contains clay aggregates, small plaster, ashs. It is reposed on plaster base U21245. the shap of the cut pit as well as the infill becomme smaller due of mudbrick construction U19189 above the southeen part of pit. Below the construction of mudbrick a cluster (U21243) of three ochre stons have been buired by this first. We think that this infill and plaster base represent the second level of the fonction of the pit. The cluster and the first infill U21246 below the plaster represent the earliest level of the pit. It is important to note the presence of the ochre stons in this position may indicate a voluntary deposit (cache).
