Discussion: The composition of this layer seems very similar to some of the roomfill layers or midden found on site. Conversely, Unit 21917 is quite different than other make up layers excavated in F3477 because of its consistency and the concentration of many charchoal and other inclusions. Such characteristics make us interpret this layer as a structural intervention aimed at raising the Central East platform hight.
