Description: make-up of wall step F7766 

Discussion: This feature was only discovered during mid excavation of infill U. 22221 (which is below the wall F. 2032) The make-up layer of this step only extends 0.91m out of 1.32m which suggests that the step came earlier than the wall meaning that spaces 94 and 93 were perhaps once joined with a step and an access hole separating them. It is unclear however if the infill which makes up the rest of the wall is connected or the same as that of sp. 93 U. 22221.

Texture: clay silt 

Bedding: layered 

Inclusions: stone fragments 

Post-depositional Features: disturbance from animal burrows, burning damage
