Unit 22320
Category: Layer dug in 2015
Area: South
Interpretive Categories: midden layer
Data Category Information: Location: external; Deposition: coarsely bedded (dumps)
Discussion: U. 22320 was situated between midden layer (u22314) and roomfill (u22322) of previously excavated b. 43. Unit was recognised by visible differences in soil colour and consistence. Unit was created as a result of long accumulation of dumped material. Layer was also checked as priority unit. Deposed material was mostly average. Unit was excavated by mattock and trowel.
