Description: U23229 is found at the very SW corner of the 3 x 4m trench cut into space 620 for midden U23227 to be excavated efficiently. 

Discussion: Fill U. 23229 covered the lid of the basket (and the interior of the deflated-collapsed basket) of the burial of F.8047. It was found within pit cut U. 23230. It was homogenous, of dark brown colour, and friable.
