Discussion: This unit was attiributed to the layer/ layers lying around burial F.7309 in the NE platform. The reason for this was to separate the burial fill (U.30154) that clearly belonged to the burial from this more arbitrary layer, as the boundaries of the cut were hard to identify and loose bones were lying around (it was unclear if these belonged to skeleton U. 30173 or not, as the burial F.7309 were disturbed by animal burrows and later burials). In other words, most of U.30195 is the same as U.30154. The layer was excavated using trowel and wooden knife. 

Consistency: firm (fairly) 

Colour: mid grey brown 

Texture: silty clay 

Bedding: layered 

Inclusions: charcoal, phytholithe, ash 

Post-depositional Features: salt, animal burrow 

Basal Boundary: arbitrary
