Discussion: This is a homogenous layer that was deposited directly after truncation that destroyed southern part of building 110 and subsequent Neolithic structure (B.109 and 115). This event took place after the end of Neolithic. The basal boundary was lightly uneven as the truncation, destroying the Neolithic walls, was very irregular. Particularly deep was the layer in eastern part where it was placed on top of W-E wall of B.110 (f.3995). It was more shallow in western part. In the centre the truncation was U-shaped. Moreover a large part of the layer in central part of Space 486 was truncated by Hellenistic pit (F.3921).

Colour: light gray + light brown 

Texture: silty sand 

Bedding: massive

Basal Boundary: uneven, layer departed after truncation
