Discussion: This unit represents a mixed deposit of fill that has built up between walls f.3981 and f.7176, which are both plastered, and f.7194, which is not. It is quite mixed, and in some places, very compact. At the bottom, we found a layer of plaster (u. 30838) joining the two walls, suggesting they were associated at one point in time, even if they were built at different times. The removal of this fill was significant then, less for the study of the fill itself, but for generating this increased understanding of the walls it lies between.

Basal Boundary: clear-- came down onto plastered floor surface u.30838, visible in section because of pit f.7188 to the E.
