Discussion: This unit was recognized as a separate unit by its yellow-light brown color, which contrasts sharply with the mid-dark grey unit it is on top of. This unit was on the southeastern edge of the northern platform and went off the side to cover part of the vertical edge of the platform but did not reach the next platform's floor. This unit needed to be removed in order for us to continue working towards getting the building in phase. This unit, a make-up of a floor, was also in patches and was not continuous. It is believed that this unit is the same as unit 30948, but the two units were not in contact with one another. This unit was hand troweled with a small trowel.
No flotation sample taken because not enough soil in unit.
