Discussion: U.31550 is the base of heart F.7871 on South east. It is found in 2015 after the excavation of U.21670 activity surface on South. There was no fill sealing the base and there was a mini clay ball and two obsidian flakes left lying on the surface. They are taken as X-finds. The base is excavated in 2016. This burnt base was 3 cm thick, and eroded on West. All of it (4L) is taken as flotation sample (S2). It was cracked and dark grey in color. This base represents the last usage of the feature and the excavation of this unit was important to understand the nature of its superstructure (U.31551).
