Discussion: U.31597 refers to the cut of a scoop F.7731 which is right next to F.7730 (scoop) on SW part of building 132. This unit is identified after taking out the U.21670 activity surface in 2015 however, it is excavated in 2016. Infill of this scoop was mid brown and sandy. The cut of the scoop was disturbed by animal on east, and northern parts. The shape of the cut seemed rounded however it was very disturbed by animal burrows. The base of this cut was distinct thanks to impression of a post hole. It seems that this feature first used as a post hole and then it is turned into a scoop. The depth of this scoop was 17cm.
