Discussion: Unit number allocated in 2015, not excavated.

The wall was partially excavated in the previous year, and at that time they thought that it had removed the entire wall. This year we confirmed that the wall actually continued further down at the level exposed last year (31614), at which point it had been excavated. So in this season we expose the rest of the wall F8011, and surely, that there is no a foundation level in place that was believed last season. Since we didn’t remove the wall, is impossible to know if there are or not a wall preparation layer below the remains exposed that season. Anyway we exposed completely the W side of the wall during the digging process of the Sp. 600 and we could not see any preparation layer in the section. Seems that the wall was built directly to the midden (U22372) but of course this is a possibility that should be confirm. (30.05.2016-- CB)
