Unit 32089
Category: Layer dug in 2016
Area: North
Interpretive Categories: plaster
Data Category Information: Location: building; Description: raised area (platform); Material: white clay; Deposition: single; Basal Spit: unpainted
Discussion: A white plaster layer: U.32089, coating the E-platform F.7734 remained as fine clay surface up to 8mm thickness that continued all over the raised area between Bench (F.7879) - to the South, wall (F.7736) - to the East and a truncation - to the north.
The presented plaster overlapped lower parts of the mentioned wall as well as the bench creating the one sequence that was performed and simultaneously used in the past. Worth noticing is that the described here layer U.32089 constituted single one white coating surface that laid on the thick make-up / preparation layer (U.32708). The latter circumstance is more intriguing if we take into consideration that directly above the plaster 32089 there was also make-up (THE GREY MAKE-UP 32083) recognized whose eastern part was furthermore thick.
The raised area of E-platform F.7734 on the presented level, related with plaster U.32089 demonstrated clear sloping position which referred to noticeable inclination from the west (1010,61 a. s. l.) towards the East (1010.48 a. s. l.).
From the plaster layer there were several samples collected: S1 –archive from the central part, S2 – routine flotation, S3 – refers to phytoliths analyzes (central part of the unit), and S4 – additional archive sample from northern part of the unit.
