Data Category Information: Location: external; Deposition: finely bedded

Discussion: Composite midden layer only excavated in the northwestern portion of sp.631 to reach our goal of connecting micromorphological block samples to the rest of the sp.631 and sp.636 stratigraphy, as well as establish a connection with B.3.

Further excavation and an exposed north-facing section of sp.631/636 revealed that this layer is the same as u32142, which predate the (remnants) west wall (F.636) of B.3. 

Consistency: firm 

Colour: light orangish yellow 

Texture: silty clay 

Bedding: compound layered 

Inclusions: charcoal 2-5%; artefactual 5%; plant and organic remains 5% 

Post-depositional Features: animal burrowing 

Basal Boundary: anthropogenic and distinct, with a ~20 degree eastward slope
