Description: ladder installation pit fill
Discussion: Ladder installation pit infill. This unit was recognized by colour and texture.The origin of the unit was infill of ladder installation pit which is related entrance of B.160. This unit is represent abondanment process. When people leaved from house, they removed the ladder. On the other hand we think that this pit could be cache but we couldnt find any artefacts. Especially SE corner of Sp.551 wall plaster was irregular. For this reason we think that this pit should be related with ladder installation. The unit is located in the SE part of Sp.551. This deposit was deliberately accumulated possibly 2 episodes. First one has more collapsed wall material , second one has more charcoal flecks which could be related with dirty floor. The orientation of deposit was N-S.
This unit was excavated by trowel.
