Unit description: I have not tracked down all the bone from this unit, so there is probably more. Here I record two large pieces that came in specially: a young cattle scapula and a hunk of antler used as a hammer. There are also a few odd bits of bone with them. It is interesting to find these large pieces in the infill of a bin; deliberately placed? They show no sign of being used in the demolition of the house.
