Dimensions: 0.95 m x 0.85 m; depth 0.52 m to 0.56 m 

Discussion: Pit in SW corner of space 154. Close to platform in SW corner but is against wall F230. Has been cut into plaster floor (3258), roughly on the same line as a scar on the wall (f230) next to it. There a few ledges in the pit and it would appear that they have used the edges of the platform as the S side of the cut, although this is in dispute! 

Recognition: Cut into plaster floor noticed when clening fill from floor. 

Definition: Defined by cut of pit. 

Execution: Trowel, leaf trowel. 

Condition: Slightly moist. 

Shape: irregular 

Sides: sides vertical, ledged (stepped) on side near W wall, on E side are more concave. also has step, next to platform are vertical (S), to N are ledged 

Base Break: concave, approx. 45 degrees
