Colour: 10 YR 4/4 dark yellowish brown 

Texture: silty clay 

Bedding: massive 

Inclusions: plaster pieces 5% 2 cm, ?brick/bin wall fragments 40% 5-15 cm, charcoal 10% 2-5 mm 

Post-depositional Features: very few small animal burrows 

Basal Boundary: diffuse, contrast faint, appears to sloped downwards to W
