Data Category Information: Location: feature; Description: oven; Material: occupation; Deposition: single
Discussion: This unit is a continuation of removal the fill of oven 828 and comprises the ashy clay layer on top of the oven. The layer was easy to remove and I came down to a floor of fired clay. The floor exists within the inner line and is smaller than the outlines given before. Dimension N-S-90 cm. The floor consists of clay layer 1-1.5 cm thick, light brown- orangish in colour. İt is cracked and damaged in the NE part and another floor is visible underneath.İ will try to follow the construction of the dome which however is not very distinct. The floor of the oven is sloping eastwards. To the W it is bordered by a band of scorched clay.
