Description: White plaster floor laminated, first exposed by Mellaart, contained with walls to N and E
Discussion: Having removed floors and fill wall plaster continued further, either because the fill separeted and earlier horizonof floor and as more more common the walls were plaster prior to the floors and packing being laid.
On removal of 5740 it revealed a post-ret. Cut or this western end was disturbed. The cut may well have been missed and cut through 5740
Recognition: very dry crumbly, truncated
Consistency: moderate
Colour: white plaster underlying mid grey brown fill
Texture: sandy silt (20:80)
Bedding: layered=white laminated floor and massive underlying fill of 0.11 m depth
Inclusions: very occasional charcoal, calcium fragments, clay fragments
Post-depositional Features: heavily truncated and very dry and root and animal disturbance
