After scooping out the floor of 630 (6360) brown, burnt, but loose, more silty (thus silty clay to silty loam) "halo" was dug, revealing further the cut of this hearth. In doing that, boundary between 604 and 630 was removed, since 604 has cut through S edge of 630. Furthermore, in the bottom of scoop C some cm deep, clear cut in bricky floor surface was found to the n, with patcj of brown soil on N slope of cut. However, removal of it revealed N sloping hearth floor, parallel to cut inbrick but also following a line noticed previously to the W of F. 630 and 632. This probably indicates existence of another, older fire installation between F 630 and F 632. More floor patches were found in S part, but they were too small, discontinuous and patchy and distinct in colour to be connected to the older hearth.
