Unit 6602
Category: layer dug in 2000
Area: North
Interpretive Categories: burial lid
Data Category Information: none
Dimensions: 0.10 NS x 0.60 EW m
Discussion: Burial lid and cut evident in NW platform floor by difference in soil and consictency. The northwestern edge of the cut was more obvious due to the pressure of an animal burrow. The profile whithin the burrow gave evidence of the cut. Cracks within the platform floor also aided the recognition of the burial cut. The burial cut is divided in the midsection by the cut made by F. 634. The scattered bones of a single individual were found within unit 6323 of this feature. At this point, it appears hat F. 634 was cut into F.644 at a later date.
