Discussion: Unit 6650 is a continuation of the excavation of the nothern part of the midden which lies west of the west wall. Another mass of buff material is uncovered in the NW corner, similar to that in 6350. This new mass continues downwards into the midden . The base of the unit slopes upwards towards the S pararalleling roughly the surface of original soil over burden.
