Unit 7612
Category: Cut dug in 2003
Area: TP
Interpretive Categories: pit cut
Data Category Information: Description: pit
Discussion: The unit 7612 is a cut of the unit 7611 which is a layer of a pit situated in NW corner of the trench. Only about 2/3 of the pit is excavated because the rest is outside the limit of excavation. Basal boundary of the layer 7611 is arbitrary.
On southern and western edges of basal boundary, CBM has probably been noticed, which makes the pit bottom levelled.
The section of a pit is a good indicator because it shows microstrastigraphy. Basal boundary is arbitrary.
