Data Category Information: Location: cut; Description: pit; Deposition: heterogeneous
Dimensions: 1.00 x 0.63 x 0,75
Discussion: This is a small pit situated in W part of the excavated area (NW extension). Its W part had been destroyed by Mellaart's trench. Its upper part was very massive, after removing few centimeters a mudbrick wall oriented E-W was found. The sediment on both sides of the wall was different so the one of the N part became a new unit number. The one on the S part was excavated as 7668 as its consistency and colour did not change. Few destroyed mudbricks were found on its bottom. They may come from the upper part of the wall 7858.
